1. How long are the rentals for? It will be dropped off at whatever agreement times you provided and it will be picked up later in that evening, the day of the rental, unless prior arrangements are made.

2. Are the moon walks clean? Yes, all moon-walks are clean and sanitized after each use.

3. Are moon walks safe? Yes, with the double thread heavy duty material each moon walk is thoroughly tested for safety. They also have special features in case you lose power the participants will have plenty of time to evacuate the house before it deflates.

4. What is the Delivery Area? Up to 100-mile radius from our location in Orange City, Florida. First 20 miles FREE!!! ANY ADDITIONAL MILEAGE EQUALS .20 CENTS PER MILE.

5. What happens if it rains? Most houses are ok in the rain, but for your safety we recommend you wait until the rain passes and the unit is DRY so the participants do not slip and get hurt.

6. When is payment due? Half of the TOTAL rental amount is due when the reservation is made, confirmed, & the contract is signed. The final payment is due when the bounce house is delivered to the drop off location.

7. What days can I rent the houses? 7 days a week.

8. What is the Contract/Waiver? It covers what is needed to be known for safety, and to ensure your understanding we go over each section. Takes 5 minutes.

9. What payments do you accept? At this time we except cash, checks, money orders, & visa/mastercard.

10.Deposits and cancellations? The deposit is Half of the TOTAL rental amount, which is completely refundable if canceled no less than 24 hours prior to event
